"The course was wonderful. You are like a book with so much knowledge, instead of having to read all of the pages myself, you helped me navigate the important chapters that contain useful life tools."
Mossman
I came to you to feel more confident and get out of my rut. I feel like I know myself better now. You come across so kind and easy to get on with. And you are so very practical. Thankyou.
Andrea
"The thing was, when I first met the horses, I was very anxious. So they picked up on that. With your help Kylie I soon learnt to calm myself, and then in turn they were so keen to nuzzle into me."
Tristan

Counselling comes in many forms. We know traditional counselling isn't for everyone. So, alongside our counselling rooms in Blackwood, we also hold equine assisted counselling sessions with our therapy horses Finn, Em and Alvin on our beautiful Adelaide Hills farm.

IT WAS ONCE SAID 'THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE ARE THE CONNECTIONS YOU MAKE WITH OTHERS"
AND ITS TRUE - MEANINGFUL CONNECTION - WHETHER WITH HUMANS OR WITH ANIMALS - IS AS ESSENTIAL TO OUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING AS AIR AND WATER IS TO OUR SURVIVAL.
THIS IS WHAT DRIVES OUR WORK - FOUNDED ON THE TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT OF COMING TOGETHER, SHARING EXPERIENCES, BEING SEEN, HEARD AND VALUED.

We deliver courses around South Australia that are all about empowering people, staff, volunteers and their communities.
Each course is slightly different - bespoke to community and organisational needs and lived experience. Empathetic. Highly interactive. Trauma informed and safe.
